This Privacy Policy explains how Assetzaar (“Assetzaar”, “we”, “us”), operated by Georion LLC, collects, uses and protects your information when you use https://assetzaar.com and our services. By using Assetzaar you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and, if you choose, a display name and storefront details (for sellers).
• Authentication data: if you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information from Google to create and secure your account.
• Transactions: records of purchases, free claims, subscriptions and seller payouts. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
• Content you upload: products, files, storefront logos and related metadata.
• Usage and device data: basic logs and analytics needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To process purchases, subscriptions, downloads and seller payouts.
• To operate, secure, maintain and improve the marketplace.
• To communicate with you about your account, orders and support.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use Google user data for advertising.

Google user data

If you sign in with Google, we access your email address and basic profile only to create and secure your Assetzaar account. We use this data solely to provide the sign-in and account features you request. We do not sell it or share it with third parties except the service providers listed below, and we retain it only while your account is active. You can disconnect Google access at any time from your Google Account settings.

Service providers we share data with

We share the minimum data necessary with trusted providers that help us run Assetzaar:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe — payments, subscriptions and seller payouts (Stripe handles all card data).
• Cloudflare R2 — secure storage and delivery of product files and images.
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the service securely. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@assetzaar.com.

Children

Assetzaar is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
