Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Assetzaar (https://assetzaar.com), a marketplace operated by Georion LLC (“Assetzaar”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Assetzaar.

The marketplace

Assetzaar lets buyers purchase or claim digital products and lets approved sellers list and sell their own. We provide the platform; for third-party products, the seller is responsible for the product and its license. We may review, curate or remove listings to maintain quality.

Licenses and acceptable use

• Each product is provided under the license stated on its page (personal, extended, agency or as specified). You must use products only within that license.
• You may not resell, redistribute or relicense a product beyond what its license permits.
• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property, or to upload malware or harmful content.

Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period. Because products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are handled case by case — contact us if something is wrong with a purchase.

Selling on Assetzaar

• You may only list products you own or are licensed to sell, with accurate descriptions and licensing.
• We take a transparent commission on each sale, disclosed in your seller plan; buyers never pay a surcharge on top of your price.
• Payouts are made through Stripe Connect once you connect a payout account and complete verification.

Intellectual property

Sellers retain ownership of their products. The Assetzaar name, logo and platform are owned by Georion LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.

Disclaimers

The service and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that products are error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Georion LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we will post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
